Please join us for Cutera's 2010 New York Clinical Forum, August 21 & 22 in New York, NY. Cutera's Clinical Forums are an exclusive opportunity for Cutera customers to build on their existing clinical knowledge, learn tips and advanced treatment options from industry experts and network with peers.

The Forums combine solid clinical information with open discussions. We invite knowledgeable speakers from all specialties to contribute their experiences on each panel. These dynamic experts have been using Cutera systems to build their practices and are eager to further educate you.

Barry DiBernardo, MD, FACS

Dr. DiBernardo is the Medical Director of New Jersey Plastic Surgery® in Montclair, NJ, a recognized leader in plastic surgery, an Associate Clinical Professor in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at UMDNJ, and on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. As a widely published author, committed to providing his patients with the most advanced surgical and non-surgical options Dr. DiBernardo has been using Cutera lasers in his practice for 11 years.

As Chair of Cutera’s Clinical Forum, Dr. DiBernardo will share his wealth of laser experience and how he keeps his busy practice at the forefront of aesthetic procedures and patient care.

Dr. Campo is a prominent dermatologist from Barcelona, Spain and is the founder and owner of Clinicia Dermatologica Campo-Optimage. Dr. Campo also works in the Dermatologic Surgery Unit at the Hospital Clinic Barcelona, manages the Dermatologic Laser Unit of this Department and is a member of the European Advisory Board for Cutera, Inc.

David A. F. Ellis, MD, FRCSC, FACS

Dr. David A. F. Ellis is a Professor at the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario. Along with his private practice in Toronto, Dr. Ellis also teaches Facial Plastic Surgery at The University Health Network at The Toronto General Hospital. Dr. Ellis specializes and limits his practice to Plastic, Cosmetic, and Reconstructive Surgery of the face, head, and neck. Surgeries which include rhinoplasty, facelift, blepharoplasty, forehead lift, liposuction of the neck and jowls, all types of facial implants, and laser resurfacing, scar revision, and otoplasty. Reconstructive surgery for skin malignancies, facial paralysis, and trauma are also an integral part of his practice. Dr. Ellis practices only facial plastic surgery.

Shelena C. Lalji, MD

Practicing and empowering both women and men alike, Dr. Shelena C. Lalji, founder of Dr.Shel Wellness & Medical Spa, has served the greater Houston area for over 13 years. An honor graduate from Emory University in Atlanta GA, Dr.Shel is a board certified physician who is devoting her full-time practice to aesthetics and wellness medicine. Wendy Lewis

Wendy Lewis’ career in the world of aesthetic medicine spans over two decades. She founded Wendy Lewis & Co Ltd Global Aesthetics Consultancy in 1997, and her client roster includes private individuals, physicians, medspas and surgery centers, as well as an elite group of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, skin care and medical device companies.

Wendy is the author of 10 consumer health and beauty books, including two editions of America’s Cosmetic Doctors & Dentists (Castle Connolly), and Plastic Makes Perfect; The Complete Cosmetic Beauty Guide (Orion). In 2008 Wendy founded Beautyinthebag.com, an intergenerational global beauty forum. She is a Contributing Editor to Plastic Surgery Practice (PSP) and Editorial Director of Glow Beauty Magazine. Maritza Perez, MD

Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Dr Perez is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Director of Cosmetic Dermatology at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center in New York and Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Columbia University in New York City. Dr. Perez has over 100 publications including original articles, chapters, case reports, abstracts and a book entitled Understanding Melanoma. She has been selected as one of the Best Doctors in "How To Find The Best Doctor -- The New York Metro Area Editions 1999 and 2000", has received the "Teacher of the Year Award" by the Dermatology residents at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center and has twice been voted one of “America’s top Physicians.”

Kristine A. Romine, MD

Dr. Kristine Romine, MD, is a Board Certified Dermatologist in the United States.  Dr. Romine is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs Surgery.  She is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Romine graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin in 1991 and performed residencies in Internal Medicine (1991 to 1995), Chief Residency Internal Medicine (1994 to 1995) and Dermatology and Mohs Surgery (1995 to 1998).

Neil Sadick, MD, FACP, FAACS, FAAD, FACPh

Dr. Neil Sadick is considered one of the most significant contributors to the field of dermatology in the past ten years. One of the top dermatologists in the world, his research has been documented in more than 300 scientific books, articles, and papers. Founder of the Sadick Research Group, Dr. Sadick has a thriving Park Avenue practice where he offers patients a full spectrum of anti-aging and skin rejuvenation treatments using the very latest in proven technologies. He is also a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and was also recently named Global Advisor to Christian Dior, where he will assist the company in developing breakthrough products. Dr. Sadick is and continues to be a pioneer in the evolution of cosmetic dermatology.

Whitney D. Tope, MPHIL, MD

Dr. Tope graduated ΦβΚ and summa cum laude from Duke University with a BS degree in Biology in 1984 and Duke University School of Medicine in 1988. He then spent 10 years in academic dermatology, directing patient care, performing research, and teaching laser and dermatologic surgery techniques at the University of Minnesota (1996-2003) and the University of California – San Francisco (2003-2006). He has trained medical students, residents, and fellows all aspects of dermatologic surgery. Many of these physicians are now dermatologists and dermatologic surgeons practicing in the Twin Cities.

Heather Woolery-Lloyd, MD

Heather Woolery-Lloyd, M.D. completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and later earned her medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her training in dermatology at the University of Miami where she also served as chief resident.

Dr. Woolery-Lloyd is an internationally recognized expert in skin of color. She has lectured at national and international conferences on the cosmetic concerns of skin of color. Dr. Woolery-Lloyd also has numerous publications, including a column on Ethnic Skin and Hair in the dermatology journal Skin and Aging.

Clinical Forum cancellations received by July 15th will receive a full refund of fees paid, less $100 per person.

Clinical Forum cancellations received between July 16th through August 7th will receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid per person.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 7th.

All substitutions must be received by August 10th.
