Rick Green, MD, FACS

Dr. Green is a board-certified plastic surgeon who practices at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery in Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1985, then attended the University of Illinois Medical School in Chicago, graduating in 1989. Dr. Green trained in general surgery and plastic surgery at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois followed by a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the University of Utah.
